The magnets are prone to loosen on crash. Without taking out the bell, you can still CA the magnet back in place but is quite difficult.
Open up the bell:
Open up the bell:
- place a 1mm thick metal between the bell and the stator base.
- Use a 2.5- 3mm pin to hammer out the bell pin from the end of the bell. This requir a heavy hammer.
- The bell side bearing will usually be damaged.
Take out the stator fromt the stator base:
- Use a pin to struck the stator slightly out from the base. This will have enough space to put in a bearing clamp and the whole stator is pulled out.
use 0.25mm x 10wires x 4.5 wind per stator teeth.
Use a spacer (3mm x 5mm spacer from carbon blade) to support the pinion. Ne need to loctite the bearing for easy renewal of bearing later.
